MARC believes in creative problem-solving and utilizing our local resources to help keep animals out of our Waco shelter and to resolve just about any animal-related issue.
Outside/Community Cats: Our partners at CommCat Waco help people in the Greater Waco area get started with Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR). TNR is a proven way to humanely reduce the outside cat population. All TNR cats get spayed/neutered, rabies vaccinated, and a “left eartip” for identification. Grants funds for free TNR available in some zip codes &/or communities. Visit the website for more details
